Getting started

How do I invite my partner?

Open Coo, go to your profile, and tap "Invite Partner." You'll get a unique invite link to share. Your partner downloads Coo, creates an account, and joins your household automatically.

Can I use Coo while pregnant?

Absolutely. Coo has a full expecting parent experience: week-by-week pregnancy guidance, hospital bag builder, decision research workspace, birth plan creator, kick counter, and more. When baby arrives, your household transitions seamlessly to the born parent experience.

Is Coo available on Android?

Not yet. Coo is currently available on iPhone only. We're focused on making the iOS experience great first, with Android planned for the future.

Account & subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Coo Premium → Cancel. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Does my partner need to pay separately?

No. Coo subscriptions are per-household. One subscription gives everyone in the household premium access.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Manage your plan through Apple's subscription settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How do I delete my account?

Open Coo, go to the You tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete My Account." You'll be asked to confirm. Account deletion is permanent. Your personal data is removed from our systems, and any active subscription is canceled through Apple at the end of the current billing period.

Data & privacy

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell your data or show ads. Chat conversations are private to each user. Your partner can't see your chats. See our privacy policy for full details.

Can I export my data?

Premium users can export all baby logs as CSV or a formatted PDF report. Go to your profile and tap "Export Data."

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

If you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently removed. Shared household data remains accessible to other household members.

Is Coo medical advice?

No. Coo provides educational parenting and pregnancy information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your pediatrician, OB-GYN, or other qualified healthcare provider for medical questions about your child or pregnancy. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Features

How does conversational logging work?

When you mention activities in your chat with Coo, like "she had a 4oz bottle at noon," Coo automatically detects the log entry and records it. You'll see a confirmation, and you can toggle this feature on or off in your profile settings.

What is the product scanner?

Point your camera at any baby product (food, medicine, skincare) and ask Coo if it's safe. The AI analyzes the ingredients and gives you a clear assessment. Free users get 3 lifetime scans; Premium users get unlimited.

How accurate is the AI?

Coo's AI provides general parenting guidance based on your baby's data and established medical guidelines. It always recommends consulting your pediatrician for medical concerns. Coo is a supplement to professional care, not a replacement.
